Eligibility : Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for faulty , damaged , or incorrect items .

Refunds : Once we receive and inspect the item , refund will be issued to original payment method within 5-7 business days .

Shipping : Customers pays return shipping unless the item was faulty or wrong .

Heating pads : For hygiene reasons , used heating pads cannot be returned unless faulty.
